Pauly Blunts / Founder & CEO
Pauly Blunts is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DRO. He has been involved in the youth culture for decades and participated in many extreme sports from BMX, Skateboarding, Snowboarding, WindSurfing, Downhill MTB and Paintball to name a few. Over the past decade - Paul has been designing and developing streetwear and action sports brands from Coast to Coast.
Paul is heavily involved in current and emerging technologies and has created a few tech startups in the past few years. He is a self-taught computer programmer, graphic and apparel designer and has no formal training besides earning a GED from the State of Colorado.
Paul was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and migrated to the U.S at the age of 16 - Sangre Pancho Villa. His experience as a child living in a 3rd world country has given him appreciation for many concepts in life from the advancement of human welfare, planet preservation, love for humanity and quality of life.
Witt Rabon / Co-Founder, President & COO
Witt Rabon is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operations Officer. Witt is a diplomat with great organizational skills who is highly dependable, hard working and highly focused. He has been involved in the planning and execution of large events for Live Nation Carolinas including XtremeTrips Bahamas to name a few.
His experience in hospitality (University of South Carolina) combined with business management insights (Charleston Southern University) are the backbone of all operations for the brand. Witt has been involved in branded apparel operations for publicly traded companies including the management of athlete and hip-hop artist endorsements.
Jamar Brown / VP of Brand Experience
Jamar Brown is the Vice President of Brand Experience. JB is a baller for life and began playing professional basketball in 2003. Over the following decade - he has traveled to 10+ countries while playing in the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). He played for the Colorado 14’ers and has won numerous championships like Turkish Basketball Super League (2008) and NBA D-League (2010).
Jamar attended Colorado State University and graduated with a BA in Sociology/Criminology and his exposure to these teachings around history and the evolution of human civilization gives him great insight into how social movements and revolutions create change.
JB was born and grew up in South Central, Los Angeles and as a child he was able to experience at first hand the damaging effects of the Crack Epidemic that impacted the environment around him.
Juaquin Malphurs / Chief Marketing Officer
Juaquin Malphurs is the Chief Marketing Officer. Waka is an american rapper who crashed the Top 20 of the Billboard R&B/hip-hop chart with "O Let's Do It" (2009). He is currently owner of his own music label that allows him to bring-up other young talented rappers into the rap scene.
Waka has a strong vision on branding and marketing which helps the brand navigate how it interfaces with the culture in a very creative manner. He is the glue that allows the company to grow 360 degrees by leveraging his persona including his relationship with other music artists, athletes and other VIPs.
Juaquin Malphurs was born in South Jamaica, Queens to later relocate to the Atlanta area where he currently lives. As a husband, father and humanitarian - Juaquin has been a strong influence to many of his fans throughout the many years as he is very outspoken about issues that impact humanity.
