  • How soon will my order ship?

    Your order will ship within 24-36 hours after it was placed. Once your order is bagged and tagged - We will send you an email with a USPS tracking number. If your order has a pre-sale item - all the other items will be shipped once the pre-sale item is available. Pre-sale shipping dates are listed on the pre-sale items page.

  • Where is my order?

    At times, the carrier will mess up and deliver your order to the wrong place -or- the carrier can't locate it... In such events - We will research the situation and either refund -or- re-ship your order. In the event that your order is delivered successfully - and someone steals your package - we cannot replace it as we are unable to recover the loss from the carrier. Signature-Required is available upon request if your area is prone to such theft activities.

  • I want an exchange.

We ship everywhere on planet earth but please note that international shipping at times can take longer than expected and have hidden cost associated with the import of the goods to a given country.
