How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 24-36 hours after it was placed. Once your order is bagged and tagged - We will send you an email with a USPS tracking number. If your order has a pre-sale item - all the other items will be shipped once the pre-sale item is available. Pre-sale shipping dates are listed on the pre-sale items page.
Where is my order?
At times, the carrier will mess up and deliver your order to the wrong place -or- the carrier can't locate it... In such events - We will research the situation and either refund -or- re-ship your order. In the event that your order is delivered successfully - and someone steals your package - we cannot replace it as we are unable to recover the loss from the carrier. Signature-Required is available upon request if your area is prone to such theft activities.
I want an exchange.
Please send the unworn product back to: DRO 2921 W 38th Ave Suite 344, Denver, CO 80211 and include a note letting us know what SKU you want to exchange for. If the exchange is due to a defect on the garment, or a mistake in our part - we will send you a pre-paid USPS return label. If the exchange is due to a mistake done during the ordering process, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to DRO.
I want a refund.

Yes! We ship everywhere on planet earth but please note that international shipping at times can take longer than expected and have hidden cost associated with the import of the goods to a given country.
