- How soon will my order ship? - Your order will ship within 24 hours on regular season and 24-36 hours during peak season. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
- I want to exchange my DRO product for another one - Please send us an email and we can send you an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) so you can return the unworn product back to DRO.
- Where is my order? - We send a tracking number to your email once we create the shipping label and we send another email once your order has been delivered to your location. At times, the carrier may lose or deliver your order to the wrong place. In this event, we will contact the carrier to find out where the hell is your gear - and if its lost or the carrier is unable to re-route the shipment - we will give you 100% refund on your undelivered order.
